LEADERSHIP:

Leadership is a natural ability and can be found in anyone who aspires to accurately demonstrate that attribute. Leadership is the courage to lead with integrity, sincerity and honesty in the face of personal conflicts and challenges.

Centuries ago and up to most recently leadership was perceived to be someone at the top who plans, organize, direct, and control.  While those are great attributes leadership is much deeper; it is about visionaries. The power of leadership stimulates change; change that inspire, influence, empower, and mobilize others to impact their world in the same way that creates a positive ripple effect.  

Leadership starts anywhere in any organization, whether it is bottom-up, middle-up or top-down. Leading by example and walking the talk are critical elements of leadership.
